Richard is no stranger to creative businesses having held executive positions in music, film, TV and digital marketing companies. He is passionate about building brands and navigating fast-paced companies through significant change in our ever increasing technology-fueled world. 

A qualified Chartered Accountant (CPA equivalent), he is experienced in all aspects of financial management, including negotiating record label transactions and driving the sale of Big Mouth Media to LBi. 

His global experience continued when he relocated to New York City to consolidate the growth of the recently formed LBi entity. There he oversaw the acquisition and merger of MRY as well as the transition into the Publicis Groupe. He directed the operations of LBi US through its most profitable period to date. 

An ardent football (sorry, soccer) fan, he has now made the US his home for himself and his family.
